What do you like best about Mihup.ai?

The best thing I like about mihup as it has a capacity to do 100% audits of the overall calls we received at the customer care with scoring according to our parameters. Also it's given access to pull out different types of report ie agent performance, Reapeat Call data, Escalation - Summary which helps to identifies if it's social, internal or legal escalation being received

What do you dislike about Mihup.ai?

Transcript needs to be improved as of now the accuracy is 80% it's should be 100%

What problems is Mihup.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's audits 100% of our contacts received on customers which helps us to identify the cause of call also it's helps to evaluate agent day to day and month to month performances
