The onboarding team was very helpful and collaborative.

What do you like best about Andonix?

The team has done an excellent job of listening to us, understanding our goals and challenges, and finding creative solutions that we expect will help us track our production in useful and appropriate ways.

What do you dislike about Andonix?

At times, during the onboarding process, questions my team proposed to the Andonix onboarding representative went unanswered for a while until we asked multiple times.

What problems is Andonix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Andonix is helping my team to track product moving throughout the production process, understand where WIP is on the floor, and identify when errors or defects occur - in real-time - so we can quickly address concerns before problems happen.
