In a word, EASY! Low learning curve, easy to put together videos for our website and YouTube account. My marketing firm wanted hundreds of dollars for each video and I'm doing them for about $10 each on average. Results are terrific, much better than I anticipated. There isn't much to dislike. They just added more voices which was a problem although Mia is very natural sounding. I made a feature suggestion which they put on the timeline for development. Site is sometimes a little buggy but if you drop them a chat, they fix it on the spot.
