What do you like best about 42chat?

The good things about 42 chat is that it helps the businesses to communicate with their customers and through live chat SMS email and social media which allows businesses to engage with customers no matter wherever they are. Apart from this the other thing that I like about it is that it contains AI powered chatbots that can handle basic queries and support tasks which helps reduce response time and works faster.

What do you dislike about 42chat?

The bad things that I don't like about chat 42 software is that it's struggles with maintaining long conversational context especially in multi turn dialogues leading to element or repetitive experience and also also it doesn't seem to correspond to a widely recognised or standard software in the context of communication tools like AI .

What problems is 42chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

While being a part of a business or an organisation it helps the business to interact with the customers so I am being a part of a business that is growing gradually but consistently that helps us link with customers and interact on a regular basis.
