What do you like best about BigHand Speech Recognition?
The software is very easy to use. It did not take much time to train the staff on the platform.
What do you dislike about BigHand Speech Recognition?
I am not a fan that there is a seperate application for the dictation and the review. Lawyers can only use the app and paralegals have to translate it through an application. When rolling out a new product, it is nice to have consistency amoung all users. It is also sometimes difficult to add licenses since you have to go through a sales rep but they don't notify you when your rep leaves the company and do not use out of office emails.

It is very easy for lawyers to dictate. You can also assign your dictation to certain paralegals for them to translate it.
It allows users within our work environment to dictate legal notes and documents for legal disputes.
